We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Due to the nature of our business and to keep costs low for our customers, we do not require the physical return of products in order to issue a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at contacto@furvela.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
– Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your request is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
